IPSF Officer - Adesubomi Oye-Oladimeji
The BPSA IPSF Officer acts as the official Contact Person to the International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation
My entry into the BPSA began with joining the IPSF sub-committee, where I worked on the Student Exchange Program (SEP) as an LEO for 3 years.
It was a fantastic experience to connect with international pharmacy students, learning about global pharmacy practices and making long lasting friendships. After attending the 82nd Annual Conference, I realised that I wanted to go further and delve into the international pharmacy space.
As an IPSF officer and BPSA Executive, I aim to enhance opportunities for BPSA members, to be a voice for the ideas and visions and advocating for change as innovation is not one brain but the voices of many.
My main goals are to increase BPSA member engagement in IPSF, to represent BPSA at IPSF meetings and Flagship events and to help foster relationships between BPSA members and international pharmacy students by collaborating with other countries.
I am truly happy to be in this role and be part of this committee. I can’t wait to ensure that the members are heard and that this is an amazing mandate.
