The Competitions Coordinator is responsible for managing and promoting the various competitions and awards. They are the main point of contact for external organisations involved with the various competitions.

Hi everyone, My name is Erica, I am a third-year student at Cardiff University and I cannot wait to dive into my role as Competitions Coordinator!

BPSA competitions has always been something that I have been passionate about for as long as I have been a student, so being able to contribute to its success and growth as the Competitions Coordinator is a dream come true for me.

My vision for the mandate is to produce competitions that engage, educate and elevate the experiences of BPSA members across Great Britain.

I aim to design competitions that open doors and provide members exposure to various opportunities and experiences within the broader pharmacy world.

I want to provide multiple avenues for members to upskill themselves and enhance their professional development.

My hope is that by the end of the mandate, there will be competitions for every member, regardless of where they are in their pharmacy journey.

Finally, I aspire for all competitions to serve as platforms for members to learn and educate themselves on topics not covered in their daily curriculum.

I am excited to work collaboratively with the Executive team to advocate for pharmacy students and foundation trainees, while also striving to make a positive impact on the broader profession.
