Pharmacist Support X BPSA social media competition
Top 5 tips for Managing Stress - Competitions Brief
We know that managing stress and keeping on top of your mental health are 2 of the biggest problems students and trainees face, especially at crunch points like the exam and assessment periods.
Over the month of February, as part of the BPSA’s Mental Health Campaign, the BPSA and Pharmacist Support would like to present an opportunity for you to get involved in supporting your fellow students and trainees. We’re asking you to create an Instagram post that shares your top tips on stress management and keeping on top of your mental health. By sharing your advice on how you cope with stressful situations, the BPSA and Pharmacist Support are working together to build an active and supportive community with our members
